To apply for the property for rent that you want to to call home, please click the 1form link in the property listing on the third party website or log into 1form.com.au to create and submit your tenancy application. An inspection code will be required and provided to you when you have viewed the property.
Please note properties need to be inspected before you can apply online. Please provide as much supporting documentation as possible.
Application forms must be submitted with sufficient identification and supporting documents to verify applicants both personally and financially.
All applicants will be referenced through tenancy and credit databases such as TICA. Tenancy history is requested from current and previous landlords/agents.
If you have no rental history, this can be overcome by working with our team to ensure we receive documents/information to satisfy our application criteria.
Deposits – Upon approval of application, the applicant must pay the first 2 weeks rent to confirm acceptance and secure tenancy. If you wish to withdraw your application, you must notify the office in writing within 48 hours of receipt of payment for a full refund of deposit. Notification outside this time frame will forfeit your deposit.
General Tenancy Agreement – The general tenancy agreement must be returned within 5 days of application approval. If you change your mind after signing the lease, it will be considered early termination and compensation for fees incurred by your landlord may apply.
Tenancy Payment Methods – Direct Debit, Credit Card, Direct Credit and Bank Cheque
Bond for Property – Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks rent up to $700 p/wk or as instructed by the landlord for uncapped property.
Bond Assistance is an Option – easyBondpay applications are accepted at this office. Please contact Rental Platform if you would like a brochure or an application submitted on your behalf.
Department of Housing Bond Loans are accepted.
